Wilton ECO Park Development Community Association was formed as a not-for-profit entity in May 2011 to assess the feasibility of creating a centre of excellence in the living environment on the site of the MOD’s former UK Land Command Headquarters between Wilton and Salisbury.
Breaking News: Wilton is the first community in Wiltshire to set up its own Community Land Trust.

Wilton Eco Park is an exciting proposal for a completely new kind of development which we aim to make happen, here in the heart of Wilton. Wilton residents will be familiar with the old Land Forces HQ site which was recently vacated by the army after 50 years.
With the right backing we can help acquire the site and provide homes and jobs for local people to the very highest environmental standards. Through the Wilton Eco Park Development Community Association the ownership and control some of the land will remain in the hands of the people for many generations to come! We are actively seeking partners in development, management and environmental fields. Working with key organisations we are developing a comprehensive outline sustainability plan, business plan and management plan. We have benefited from some pump-priming funding and are confident of the backing of several major bodies.
